This may be the vessel James McHenry rather than John McHenry. 

There is some very basic information about this ship on the online
document "MARAD Vessels Available for Donation as of 6/15/2006"

It's location is given as "JRRF, James River"; It was built in 1979;
length is "300.1" ; Beam is "55.13"; and its type is " Heavy Lift
