salaries for the 403 White House staffers.

My cousin sent me his candidates for the four most overpaid (or he may 
have been forwarding email sent to him):

Deborah Nirmala Misir   Ethics Advisor  $114,688       
Erica M. Dornburg       Ethics Advisor  $100,547       
Stuart Baker    Director for Lessons Learned    $106,641       
Melissa M. Carson       Director of Fact Checking       $46,500

I checked the original source, and, the National Journal article really 
lists a Director for Lessons Learned. My question is what is the job 
description of the Director of Lessons Learned?
