Colleagues,
 
   Does anyone know anything about the series of conferences  called 
"International Philosophy Congresses"?  The latest of these events,  the "VII 
International Philosophy Congress," is to be held in San Sebastain,  Spain, on 2-6 
October 2006.
 
   Have any of you been to one of these events?  Do you know  anyone who has? 
 Can you give me a pointer to any source of information, in  print or on the 
Web, about them?  Thanks,
