was, he says, 12.5 in 1974, which is about right. He seems to be some
sort of aristocrat, and a lover of licence plates. His email address
is there in the header, so I won't give it here. Why not drop him a
line and ask him for help?
No mention of his being an artist anywhere that I can see, though he
is the owner of a "haunted" hotel -- or rather a chateau -- and has
appeared on a Discovery Channel programme on that subject. Check it

The forename is Xavier, of course. His mother inherited the chateau in
2002 when his father Henri, the count of Montbron, died. He appears to
be running it.
