[PW] eBooks on RAMsticks

I am researching the possibilities of giving away eBooks on RAMsticks
in addition to our online, CD and DVD methods of distributing eBooks.

I have heard of a number of companies that are now giving away ads or
samples on RAMsticks, and have been trying to find the OEM sources of
these inexpensive RAMsticks.

As part of this research, I am asking the following questions:

1.  Where have you seen the cheapest RAMstick pricing?

2.  If you can remember, what were the price/gigabyte ratios.

3.  If you can remember, what was the first RAMstick you ever bought
     and when, what size, cost, etc?

4.  I have noted in my searches that RAMsticks have many names:

Pendrives
Thumbdrives
RAMsticks
RAMdrives

Please let me know of any other terms I should be searching for.
