The most recent publication date for any of the books we own was
1979, so clearly they're long out of business out of that name
at least.  Their later books were co-credited to W.J. Johnson of
Norwood N.J. as co-publisher (or more likely as US agent), but
they seem to be long gone also.

Their isbn stem was 9022109 , and the 90221 stem now seems to be the
property of Asher Rare Books.  However, Asher's "history" text does
not mention TOT Ltd.

It still might be worth contacting them to ask if they are
successors in interest or whatever the term is...
