The latest records in LC have the 260: Amsterdam : Theatrum Orbis Terrarum ; 
Norwood, N.J. : W. J. Johnson, 1979 although a multivolume set has a closed 
date of 1986 but no US publisher. Perhaps a call to LC's Maps and Geography 
Dept is in order.
