I was in a similar discussion a while back, in which someone had
demanded that all eLibraries have the same directory structures,
same filenames, etc.
The replies came back that this person should also insist on the
paper libraries all using the same shelving pattern and the same
catalog numbers, so anyone could walk into any library anywhere,
and find the same books in the same places. . .a McLibrary???
