[PW] Knitted Pattern Raggedy Ann and Andy

Hi everyone, I vaguely remember something along this query being in the old St*umpers archive, but I am going to post here.  Patron would like a copy of the knitting chart that came with the pattern    available in the 1940s for a Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy doll.  The pattern was available through Mary Maxim (who according the patron is still in business but that the rights to these older patterns have been transferred to Simon and Schuster.   We have checked the web (in fact our patron's query has been posted to gardenweb.com, but the only response from the posters there provided a "crocheted" Raggedy Ann and Andy doll.  The patron definitely wants this pattern from Mary Maxim.  They used to own it but have long since lost it.  
ny help would be greatly appreciated.
