 Never heard. Please note that being no definite source to answer that request, it depends more on oral terminology which will vary from place to place.
 
 For example, in Puerto Rico the cue is known as "taco de billar"", or just "taco". Scratching has no word but a phonetic adaptation, "escracharse".
    Breaking is "romper". 
 
 I will be more than glad to translate for him whatever amount of words he needs but remember that I will use the Puerto Rican terminology and it is very likely that people from other countries will not have a clue about their meaning.
