I'd suggest the books by Karl Rohnke, especially Silver Bullets and
Quicksilver. You might also look at Games Trainers Play (and associated
relevant books) by Edward Scannell and John Newstrom.
I've used both sets of books for icebreakers on consulting jobs over the
past several years with great success.
