According to one edition of Tottel's Miscellany (Harvard University
Press, 1965) the poem is entitled:

Of the vanitie of man's lyfe. [see page 245]

The first line is:

"Vaine is the fleting welth"

This was one of the poems added in the second edition, July 31, 1557.
The first edition was dated 5th June, 1557.

My library also has a facsimile edition of the 1st edition (Scholar
Press, 1970) and this has the additional poems of the 2nd edition added
in an appendix including Of the vanitie of man's lyfe.
