Not exactly, but if you have access to WorldCat you can search
for the book and then sort results by publication date to easily
see who published it when. (And the title is just DARWIN AND
THE BEAGLE; no "voyage of the.") I also limited just to
English language editions.
Per that search, first US (hc) edition from Harper & Row in
1969 and first UK (hc) edition from Hamish Hamilton in 1969.
Limited (265 copy) UK reprint from Arcadia Press in 1970.
Paperback reprints from Penguin in 1971 (Penguin UK, Penguin
US, Penguin Australia).
Condensation in US in 1971 in omnibus READER'S DIGEST FAMILY
TREASURY OF GREAT BIOGRAPHIES vol. 9 (hc from Reader's Digest).
Book club edition in UK in 1978 (hc--?-- from Book Club Associates).
Cheap hc reprint edition in US from Crescent Books ("distributed
by Crown Publishers"), 1983.
Reprint with new introduction (hc?) in US in 2000 from Adventure
Library (in North Salem, NY).
Also a US 1985 audiocassette edition from Books on Tape (read
by Michael Prichard).
