[PW] Re: ?partial Economist quotation

Sally Helgesen responded by email to say it is definitely her quote, used it in many speeches.
She thought appeared in that form in a chapter she  contributed to Leader 
of the Future, published by Jossey-Bass, but it doesn't seem to appear there.  
She was not aware that the Economist had picked it up.
