Wondering if Illinois had the same services as Kansas, I checked out the Ill
Dpt of Commerce page. First I clicked on the link for Illinois
Entrepreneurship Network. Then on that page, over on the right, I clicked on
Small Business Development Centers. That lead me to this page.

I think she may find some assistance through this program. There are several
regional SBDCs in Ill and the one closest to her should be able to help.
