I have operated a home based business for over 40 years. If the old
buzzards from SCORE "couldn't give her enough help", then she needs to go
back to her own personal drawing board, and turn on her brain wattage.
Running any business takes about 27 hours a day, 9 days a week, 15 months
a year. And about three times as much money as one expects. From what
you wrote she is ill prepared and needs to do considerable research, and
not expect some outside group to do it for her. __IF__ she's not
interested enough to put in that effort BEFORE, then she's not a candidate
for running a business. Running a business is hard, demanding work. And
there is no vacation. Ever. If she can't stand that heat, then don't
consider entering that kitchen. Therefore, my answer on where to find
such a critter, is "look in the mirror". Connie
