Mr Lien,

The book 'Living in American Today and Yesterday' was the one I was looking 
for.  Thanks to the graciousness of you and our colleagues, I was able to 
locate and purchase a used copy.  Thank you very much for your time and 
effort (everyone).  Your efforts do not go un-noticed as I also know of 
someone else who was trying to locate it and have emailed them so they can 
obtain a copy also.
