Thank you all for your suggestions. I followed all the leads, but still
haven't found quite what my patron's looking for. Dennis Lien suggested
the Consumer's Index. If anyone has it, could they please check in it
for me?

He wants the results of an independent test done to determine which
brand/type of hearing aid batteries last the longest (under specific
conditions). He also wants consumer comparisons of hearing aid battery
chargers.
