[PW] Looking for local cable TV channel offerings from 1985

Three years ago is well into the era of digital recorders, such as Tivo. 
Hence, the time a show is "aired" may well be irrelevant with respect to 
the time it was "watched". Just something to keep in mind. (Clearly 
doesn't apply 30 years ago!)
