She was reading from the Baha'i scriptures, particularly a psalm-like
praise-hymn, and encountered the term 'waterbrooks' for which she wants
the religious definition.

I don't know what "religious definition" means, but the term is not a Bahai
term. It's from Psalm 42/43. I learned it like this:

Like as the hart desireth the waterbrooks,
So longeth my soul after thee, O Lord
