[PW] ? Cape Colony Peace Preservation Act text

Hello all,

I'm looking for the full text of the Cape Colony's Peace Preservation Act 13
of 1878, aka the Disarmament Act.  This law was enacted by the British
Colonial Office during its control of South Africa.  As far as I can tell,
the act is available as public record from the British National Archives,
likely in the volume cataloged here:

*.  *I'm wondering if there's a library in the US which might have this in
its collection (Worldcat hasn't helped me, but perhaps my search is off), as
I can't travel to the British National Archives and would prefer not to send
