[PW] Spiegel article--using Plancks' Constant to measure Qi (or ch'i)?

A friend who works at a clinic has been asked to find an article from Der Spiegel published in 2000 (approximately) that is about a researcher using Plancks' Constant to meaure qi (or ch'i). 

The closest I've been able to find is a 1998 article on alternative medicine that discusses acupuncture, meridians and such that quotes a doctor at the Planck Institute for Psychiatry.

Does this ring bells with anyone? 

I realize 'shot in the dark' doesn't even begin to describe this request, but thanks for any suggestions.
