[PW] Public Storage TV Commercial

I saw this commerical today when I went home for lunch. Husband and wife are in the covered wagon and the husband asks the wife why she had to bring so many shoes since they were not going to be gone forever. The husband tells her that they should have been put in storage. The video, which is obviously from an old b&w  movie, is voiced over with new dialog. I don't know what movie the clip is from, but if I find any info about it I will let you know.

I am trying to track down information about TV commercial for the
company Public Storage. 
 
The commercial has been airing in Chicagoland this summer, and it
features a covered wagon as well as a husband, wife, and infant. 
 
One of our patrons thinks that the commercial is based on footage from a
famous film. 
 
Any ideas about the context and background of this commercial are
appreciated. 
 
(I've attempted to contact the Marketing Department of Public Storage as
well as a MediaVest, a company that handles Public Storage's account.)
