  Perhaps someone on the list has access to the following:
  "An Egyptian Hieroglyphic Dictionary"  The Amazon online reader provides
the first 9 pages only.  And that section is arranged alphabetically by the
Egyptian.

   If no one on the list has access to the full text with the English index,
I see from Worldcat that there are quite a few copies in Texas -- perhaps
the one at Baylor University would be closest to where you are.
