Allen,
I suggest that you and T(racing) F(amilies) Mills consider looking up
and down that census record to identify recognizable names using
the handwriting that you see here. People whose handwriting was that
good would have written each letter the same each time.

P.S. Maybe it was "Leo Albert" and that sounded like "Latte."
P.P.S. I once heard an amateur genealogist say that if you can't read
a name, you should record it as "William." Caveat emptor!!
