[PW] looking for Christian song or hymn

I've been asked to locate "sheet music" for a song very quickly and 
am hoping that a list member will recognize this without anyone 
spending a great amount of time looking. The song is needed within 24 
hours for a birthday party, but the patron doesn't want anyone 
devoting a lot of time to locating the item. If we had more time, we 
could use the extensive reference resources typically available to 
libraries and library patrons here in Minnesota.

The only information that has been provided is the supposed title of 
the song/hymn, "Make Me Dear Father A Blessing" (no punctuation was 
provided). We've had no luck using that exact search string. The 
closest we came was "Make Me A Blessing" (words by Ira B. Wilson and 
music by George S. Schuler), but when we provided it to the the 
patron she said it was NOT the correct song.

Anyone recognize "Make Me Dear Father A Blessing" ??
