[PW] Defense knives info

This guy (Zach Whitson) is developing something of a name.  He is a
world-class trainer in practical knife fighting, and hand-makes custom
knives at pro quality - fit to the hand, weighted to preference, special
features, etc.  This might be a good name to drop in a book about a personal
bodyguard.  I don't see ads on the site, but I know he has a reputation for
custom-made hidden blades, thanks to his background as a knife fighter.  He
learned from Gil Hibben, of the more famous Hibben Knives
(www.hibbenknives.com).
