Can't help much, but somehow one of my relatives (my grandmother I think) gave me a small (ca. 1/2") pendant with a version of Durer's praying hands on one side and the AA serenity prayer on the other, ca. 1965. Seems a slightly odd gift for a 13 y.o. kid then, but hey... Kay
