I once read a short story about a man at a dinner who was (to the best of my memory) flirting with a woman (who was married and I think her husband was at the table) and her daughter.  He ended up going to bed with one of them and then learning that she had leprosy.  It was very Roald Dahl-esque if not Roald himself (although I haven't been able to find it in any anthologies so far).  Any ideas?
