Todd's messages are failing DMARC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMARC),
apparently because one of the tests (DKIM) thinks the message body changed.
I suspect this is because DKIM thinks the Project Wombat footer is part of
the message body. There's some discussion of this here:
If there's some way he can send his messages as plain text, that might help.
