[PW] Most Notable Quotations of 2015 So Far?

Who defines what is "wacky?" Hillary Clinton said, repeatedly, that there were no classified materials on/in her
e-mails. Since the State Department has proved otherwise, is Clinton's statement "wacky"? Or, is it just a lie?

Sorry, Sylvia: I should have typed "some of us live in a country where wacko
sentiments may be widely held." (This is not to say that the U.K. and other
countries don't have their own widely held wacko sentiments.)

This seemingly is a good candidate for my list, and I personally find it
to be a quite remarkable quotation. However, it is a common sentiment among gun
rights enthusiasts that Hitler would have been stopped by an armed citizenry,
and thus I don't see the Carson quote as belonging on my list. Unfortunately we
live in an era and in a country where wacko sentiments may be widely
held.
