[PW] Address for police in Rome, Italy

Patron wants to contact the police department in Rome, Italy.  Ideally, he'd
like a mailing address, a phone number and a fax.  I found the city of Rome
website but it seems to be in some language other than English. <g>  I used
Babelfish to translate and it still appeared to be in a language other than
English, though it would have made a marvelous Monty Python sketch.  I did
find a link to contact but after typing in my request and hitting "send" (or
a reasonable facsimile thereof), it indicated the port wasn't working.

I've emailed the US embassy in Rome and the Italian Embassy in Washington
but have yet to receive a response.
