Folks,

One of the Delaware public libraries has been asked to come up with an
estimate for the cost to build a 'small archival room.'

I have been unable to find anything.  The Society of American Archivists
has several publications which seem relevant but the newest was
published in 1994.  Somehow, I don't think that these would be helpful.

I recognize the looseness of the question.  I am throwing out the number
of 600 square feet for small but I could be way off.  (20 by 30 seems
like a place to start.)  I can find cost per square foot to build some
things but not archives.  I also suspect that this varies greatly by
size.  Most of what I have seen is for entire buildings not rooms.

Any leads or ideas would be much appreciated.
