This may have been manufactured by the Phonoharp Company or the Marx 
Pianoharp Company, which were both (at different times) located at that 
address. These companies produced an amazing variety of zithers, 
autoharps, lap harps, mandolin-ukes and the like. These instruments were 
sold door-to-door and through mail-order catalogs.

instruments they made.
