[PW] Chilean musical group, Los Chicanos

Here is a golden oldie from May 2001. Sherry Forrest at Omaha Public 
Library asked about a Chilean family group whose stage name was Los 
Chicanos. I said something about such a group being unlikely, etc., 
etc. Comes now the following e-missive from Chile:

I saw by Internet your question on the group the chicanos, I am the husband
of the GENE daughter DAPENA, they live in Chile, they estan making a museum
of the group, I also have several copies of his discs, if she wants him I
can send a copy, if you you saw them in some of his presentations serious
come aqui in Chile for the inauguration from the museum very well.
I want for its commentaries.

Although the English is a little rocky, Mr. Aqueveque is the husband of 
Sene Dapena, one of the conjunto's members. He has recordings of theirs 
he is willing to send and announces the opening of a museum dedicated 
to the career of Los Chicanos and the Dapena family.

Sherry, are you still out there? Is five years too long to wait for an 
answer? (All of our represenatives are busy helping other clients at
