[PW] Looking for Austrian Newspaper Article from summer of 1967

Gentle Wombat Folk,

I'm looking for a newspaper article published in Vienna Austria in 
the summer of 1967. It's headline went something like "Short Pants 
Illegal in Durrenberg Austria" in German. Anyone that can help point 
me to a possible place to look for this would be most appreciated.
