[PW] ? Political Affiliations of Media Ownership

Hi 

I'm looking for fairly recent objective reports on political
affiliations (bias) of newspaper, broadcast, radio, cable, or media
ownership in general that reflects bias in their reporting and what
impact it has on shaping public opinion.  I found a Pew research
document on this subject, but it was dated 2000, and frankly the patron
needs something more recent. I found numerous journal articles & books
on the subject, but not a quality objective report. Does anyone have a
clue where I can locate this?  Thank you in advance.
