Here's a footnote from <Sexual Archetypes, East and West> by Bina Gupta, Paragon Press (1987) that sheds some light on the provenance of this piece:

<This quotation is from the sermon Expedit vobis, which is printed as #76 in Meister Eckhart, ed. Franz Pfeiffer ( Göttingen: Vandenhoeck and Ruprecht, 1924). Although previous editors considered this sermon to be Eckhart's, it was not listed by Joseph Quint among Eckhart's authentic works in his critical edition (cf. note 7, below); yet it is from the Eckhart school and represents in a concise fashion the essence of his position.>

The suspect origin may be an indication of why you can't find a date.
