[PW] ? Meister Eckhart - expedit vobis

Can anyone possibly provide an approximate date of composition for the
work known as "Expedit Vobis" by medieval German theologian Meister
Eckhart (1260-1327)?  It doesn't seem to be one of his more popular
pieces (or perhaps it has an alternate title?)....  -DMc.
